STANDARD
Boat built to the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) standard.

HULL
The hull is constructed of E-glass and vinylester resin over a PVC core and bonded in the female mould, extra laminate in way of keel, mast and chainplates. Hull finished in white gelcoat. Waterline strip colour of choice.

DECK
The deck is built of a similar laminate as the hull of E-glass and polyester resin over a PVC core. Deck is reinforced in high load areas with extra laminate and high-density core. Gelcoat finish with one colour of choice including non-skid. Curved armour glass fitted to pilot house.

INTERNAL STRUCTURE
· All internal components to meet ABS requirements.
· Keel floors keelson and mast step.
· Two plywood bulkheads in bow section forward of mast.
· Two quarter frames and one ring frame in way of mast.
· Plywood frames to take floor boards in mast area.
· Chainplate and forestay attachments (carbon).
· Plywood frames at each end of raised floor with floor supplied.
· Three ring frames mid panel aft of mast.
· Bulkheads and two longitudinals for steering stations and seats.
· Gelcoated in bilge areas.
· Deck, hull and internal structure joined to ABS Standards.

FIXED KEEL
Steel can with top plate, which is sandblasted and epoxy treated. Lead bulb bolted to can. Keel is faired and painted with epoxy undercoat.

LIFTING KEEL OPTION
Steel can sandblasted and epoxy treated. Lead bulb bolted to can. Keel is faired and painted with epoxy undercoat. Keel casing of E-glass and plywood sandwich. Hydraulic ram in steel can with electric and manual pumps. Stainless steel pin to hold lifting keel in up position.

RUDDER
Built totally of glass laminate with epoxy resin in a female mould. Rudder shaft built with unidirectional Carbon. Faired and epoxy undercoated. Rudder bearings supplied.
